I didn't think it was possible, but the Minchen Team at Compass in San Francisco got our house in San Francisco sold and us moved into a new home in Marin County seamlessly. They were knowledgeable about the housing market, helpful with all of the legal paperwork that was required and their entire team was very professional and responsive. I first met Kelly and Steven on the weekend of Mother's Day 2017 at their open house for the home we were interested in buying. Kelly was the listing agent and also happened to live next door! She was a pleasure to work with on the buying side, and I remember thinking after the close of escrow that I would hire her as my realtor if and when we ever sell...

Fast forward 5 years to Mother's Day weekend 2022...We had decided to sell the house and move to Texas! Of course, I immediately contacted my next door neighbors Kelly and Steven to help us sell the house that we bought from them literally 5 years ago! Because they were our neighbors turned friends, the entire process was effortless! Kelly and Steven guided us from start to finish. We had to get the house ready for better curb appeal so Kelly arranged for our house to get and exterior paint, and landscaping done. She also helped us with the logistics of moving out of state, and finding a realtor in Texas. Kelly also organized and arranged for all the house staging which i strongly believe helped with the sell of our home!

At the time of listing the house, the real estate market was cooling as the mortgage rates were rising...Kelly and Steven, came up with a strategy to help us sell the house in the changing market and it worked to our advantage! We were able to sell the house at above listing price and are very happy with the way everything turned out. The Minchen team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and just amazing human beings! They communicate promptly and always made us feel like we were their VIP client! I would literally refer The Minchen Team to all my friends and family. Kelly, Steven and team are great. I did one transaction with them myself and referred them to what ended up being a difficult situation where an estate had to sell a home in probate. They were patient, responsive and diligent even when extenuating circumstances arose and they got the job done. It seems that with the robust housing market, a crop of folks of "suspect" talent and morals have joined the real estate industry.
